How can we introduce a new way of payment at coorporate plans?
Context: A company that provides telephony and broadband services, is in need of expanding payment methods to reduce the default rate.
Goal: Launch a new payment method, by credit card, in the account management app for companies.
Solution: A journey to introduce the new form of payment and a complete account management feature.
